  1. Scottish Cookery? I'm sure that has some interesting recipes.

  2. I've not looked at it, but I have a couple of great Scottish cookery books at home.

Speaking of cooking, I've got a new blog (which has been going for a record length of time now) at http://EH14.blogspot.com. I seem to have found a new lease of blogging life. :)

Can you update the links on your website and on here?

    Thanks,
    Carol

  3. I updated the link. The only Scottish dishes I know of are hagis and shortbread cookies.

  4. Each time I make something successfully out of my books, I'll post the recipe on my blog. :)

  5. The tourism office has guidebooks but it closes at 4 and I haven't been able to get down there. (Burlington hasn't much of a nightlife)
