Post Box - Glasgow, Scotland

A post box... a box for your post... Bright red and still very traditional, these have been around for decades! The sign on the front gives you all the collection times. When a Royal Mail Postman pulls up in his red van, he unlocks it, opens the front and takes out the post.
Oh and a wee bit of trivia - the dude on the horse was talking on a mobile phone when he trotted past me lol. You're it Jen!

We don't have post boxes here, we only have mail boxes. I'll take a shot of one tomorrow.

Wow, I really love this sight. Hope you think of more things to post. How about castles? Compare our lame Canadian Castle say Dundurn to one in Scotland.

You have Canadian castles? Glasgow doesn't actually have one I don't think, but plenty of old buildings to photograph. I'd love to see a photo of a Canadian castle!

Our "castles" are castles in name only, but next time I'm near one I'll take a pic for you.
